Exhibition on Czechoslovak RAF pilots opens in Brno

An exhibition on Czechoslovak pilots who served in the British Royal Air Force (RAF) during World War Two, called the Knights of Heaven, opened in the Morava pavilion at the Brno exhibition grounds on Thursday, Jan Kratochvil, one of its authors, has said.

Prague museum to put restored Su-25 combat plane on display

The Prague-seated Institute of Military History (VHU) has restored a Sukhoi Su-25 combat plane that Czech and Czechoslovak air forces used in the past, and will put it on display in a hangars of the aviation museum in Prague-Kbely, VHU head Ales Knizek said when showing the plan to reporters on Thursday.

Reliquaries from the 14th century and a 12th-century bronze candelabra are the oldest of over 100 items from the Czech St Vitus Treasure at an exhibition President Miloš Zeman will open in Moscow, his spokesman said, adding that St Ludmila's skull will also be on display.
